The Women’s Health Clinic staff includes two Nurse Practitioners under the direction of a Board Certified Gynecologist. Together, they serve to meet the gynecologic and reproductive healthcare needs of our female student population. The following are some examples of services provided: Annual Female Examinations, Pap Smears, Family Planning and Birth Control, Pregnancy Testing, and screening and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections. Menstrual Disorders, Hormonal Issues, and Breast Health concerns are also areas frequently evaluated by providers in the Women’s Health Clinic.
Office visits and exams are free of charge. Charges for filling of birth control presciptions are subject to insurance coverage and your pharmacy costs. Precriptions can be filled at any Pharmacy, including the on-site Student Health Center Pharmacy.
Charges for common labs associated with female exams may be viewed at our Laboratory Services page.
