Dr. Spencer D. Gregg, M.D., M.B.A.
Dr. Gregg is a native of East Tennessee. He is a graduate of Carson-Newman University and The University of Tennessee, College of Medicine and College of Business. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Prior to joining our staff, Dr. Gregg was in private practice and also served as a general medical officer in the U.S. Army.

Dr. Gregg is the Health Center Director. He also serves as the Director of the Acute Care Clinic. The Acute Care Clinic (ACC) serves patients with same-day, acute, non-emergent health issues. Assessments in the ACC are scheduled for the same day and only by first speaking with a Triage Nurse. If you have a pressing medical problem which should not wait to be evaluated in one of our other clinics by appointment and it does not rise to the level of a medical emergency, you should contact the clinic Triage Nurse at 974-5080. If you need to contact Dr. Gregg regarding a recent visit in the Acute Care Clinic, you may reach his Nurse at 974-5222.
